California Propostion 8 passed. Why would the activist judges try to overturn the result agains the will of the people? I believe that Prop. 8 must stand. 52% of California voters, Republican or Democrat, approved this measure so that their religious beliefs are protected and the churches are not complled to held sodomite marriages. If you are a sodomite and you do not like it, then tough shit! Deal with it because there is no fucking way I am recognizing same-sed marriage. I hope the California Supreme Court will let Prop. 8 stand.
